Do I need a gym membership?
Yes, the workouts are gym-based and designed to help you build muscle and shape your body effectively. You’ll need access to basic equipment (barbells, cables, etc.).

What if I have a holiday or social plans during the 8 weeks?
Perfect, this plan is built to work with your life, not against it. You’ll learn how to stay consistent while still enjoying your summer.
How much does it cost?
Less than a new dress and a night out, and the results will last a lot longer.
Can I follow this alongside other fitness classes or programs?
It’s not recommended. This is a complete program that gives you everything you need, adding extras could impact recovery and progress.
